Quote requests, contact form and wedding questionnaire
When you write to us, we process the data you give us: name, e-mail, phone, the date and place of your wedding or shoot, your ideas and anything else in your message. We use it only to reply to you and prepare a quote.
- Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Photo and video shoots and delivery of photos
If you book us, we process your contact and billing details, the schedule of the day and, of course, photos and video footage of you and your guests. We deliver finished photos, among other ways, in the password-protected client area of this website.
- Legal basis: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR); for wedding guests, our legitimate interest in properly fulfilling the order for the couple (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Retention: an album in the client area is available for 12 months after delivery and is then removed from the website. We keep a backup of the photos for no longer than 2 years after delivery unless agreed otherwise.
Showcasing our work (portfolio)
We publish photos and videos in which you can be recognised on this website, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube only with your consent. You can withdraw your consent at any time by e-mail – we will then remove the photos and videos from the website and our profiles without undue delay.
- Legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and Section 84 et seq. of the Czech Civil Code).
Accounting and taxes
We keep invoice data (name, address, company ID if applicable) for as long as accounting and tax laws require, usually 10 years.
- Legal basis: compliance with a legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
